Carol Ireson

My current role at The Source is as the Vice Chair of the Leadership Council

I became a United Methodist nearly 50 years ago when I married a 7th-generation Methodist and joined Southern Hills. We left Southern Hills in 1985 to help launch St. Andrews UMC which became All Nations, a multicultural church with Korean, French African, Hispanic, and English ministries. At All Nations, I served on various committees and as a lay leader and lay representative at the Kentucky Annual Conference.

I became a member of The Source in 2023 after All Nations left the UMC. I currently serve on the Lexington District Administration Team and the District Committee on Ministry.
